Dance/movement therapy

Dance/movement therapy is an experiential therapy that aims to break through verbal blocks in anorexic and bulimic patients by using dance and movement to stimulate direct expression through the body. It is defined as "the psycho-therapeutic use of movement as a process which furthers the emotional, cognitive and physical integration of the individual."
