Picky eating

Picky eating in early childhood has been associated with later development of subsequent onset of eating disorders. Indicators: (1) child does not eat enough (2) child is very often choosy about food, (3) child usually eats slowly and is disinterested in food. An increase in picky eating can be an early warning sign that an eating disorder is developing.
